We have distribution hubs throughout Canada and ship from Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

Yes, we currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

After every order placed you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and information about what to expect next. All confirmation emails include an order receipt and proof of payment.

Stone Tile accepts all major credit cards. At the present time we do not offer payment plans as all payments must be made in full unless you are a client with Terms.

All taxes are included at the point of checkout. Please view all prices and taxes accordingly to ensure you understand your total amount to be paid.

Not to worry, you will have the option to have your material placed on backorder and arrive as soon are we receive it back into inventory. You will be updated via email on all product and order statuses.
