Medoc is one of the most distinctive Oak floors in the Listone Giordano range, created by Michele De Lucchi with Philippe Nigro. Its signature is the Filo di Lama surface, a saw-cut texture that leaves fine, visible blade marks and filled cracks across the wood for a raw, artisanal feel. This is a hand-finished floor, so each board carries natural cracks, knots, and variation that are part of its craft rather than flaws. Medoc is built as a two-layer engineered floor, with a thick sawn Oak top layer over a crossed-fibre Birch plywood support.
The collection is offered in six evocative tones - Bagno Vignoni, Erice, Montalcino, Pienza, San Gimignano, and Mirantico - named after the Italian landscapes that inspired them. A natural Oleonature oil finish keeps the surface matte and authentic while making maintenance manageable.
Made in Italy, Medoc brings real character to both residential interiors and high-traffic commercial spaces.
