Roku is an engineered hardwood floor in American White Oak and American Black Walnut, with a calm, matte look. Each board carries a real hardwood veneer, 2 mm or 3 mm thick depending on the format, over a stable multilayer plywood core. A matte Bona UV coating protects the surface while keeping the wood's natural, low-sheen character.
Eight colours run from the pale, whitewashed Zen and Kanto and the cool, weathered Light Grey, through the light, natural Ima and Shibui, to the warm, honeyed Iki and the soft greige Koromo. American Black Walnut adds a deep, rich option, with honey and chocolate tones shifting from board to board and a swirling grain. Surfaces come smooth or wire-brushed to raise the grain, and boards are offered in Select, Select and Better, and Knots grades, so the amount of natural character can be dialled up or down.
RRoku is made as wide planks in 6 and 7 in widths with random lengths up to 75 in. It also comes as herringbone for a more classic, patterned floor, in 5 x 25 in and, in walnut, 5 x 29 in. All boards are 3/4 in thick with a tongue-and-groove profile and a micro-bevel on four sides. Roku is FSC certified and CARB-2 compliant. It installs glue-down, nailed with glue assist, or floating, and is approved over water-based radiant heating.
