DIN by Mutina, designed by Konstantin Grcic, reimagines the modern mosaic through mathematical precision and architectural balance. Rooted in the Deutsches Institut für Normierung (DIN) concept of standardization, this collection is defined by its strict modular logic, enabling endless creative configurations for walls and floors.
Composed of four modular sizes — 15×15 cm, 7.4×15 cm, 7.4×7.4 cm, and 3.6×7.4 cm — DIN allows seamless alignment across elements, joined by a 2 mm grout joint. Available in two finishes, Matte and Glossy, and a vibrant palette of eight colours (White, Black, Light Green, Dark Green, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Rose, and Red), the system offers 64 modular elements for limitless design expression.
Each tile is crafted from glazed porcelain stoneware, combining the durability of industrial production with artisanal quality. The collection also includes six special 3D pieces for corners and edges, transforming DIN from a two-dimensional surface into a tool for architectural detail.
From minimalist monochrome grids to playful multicolour compositions, DIN delivers both technical precision and visual warmth, making it ideal for residential and commercial interiors that celebrate creativity through structure.
